Fredericksburg Training Camp Day 1

Rain, rain go away come back another day was theme for today. Last
night it began raining and finally stopped around 2pm. Rich Stanley
and I made most of the break in the clouds to get in a steady state 2
hr ride just before the rain came down again. The good news the cold
front should blow through tonight and we should have clear sunny clear
skies with a high of 71 tomorrow, instead of a wet 51 we had today.
Good weather on order in time for my first century ride of year. I’ll
provide update on the ride in tomorrows post.

You can now set up your payments for coaching in the payment center tab.   Paypal is allowing you to do this with or without a Paypal account.  You can also use your credit card.   Subscriptions are set in Paypal for monthly payments lasting 6 months before needing to renew.

2010 Annual Training Plan

It’s that time of year for you to start planning your races for 2010 racing season, if you haven’t already done so. Those of you that are planning for the spring bike racing season you don’t want to waste much more time in planning your upcoming season to refine your training focus for those events. The same holds true for triathletes who plan to do a late spring 70.3 or early summer Ironman. You can begin planning your 2010 season by logging in to your account under the your Training tab under the Workouts drop menu selectAnnual Training Plan. Then click on New Plan to create a new annual training plan for 2010 season to log your races.
