			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='posterous_autopost'>Rain, rain go away come back another day was theme for today. Last <br />night it began raining and finally stopped around 2pm. Rich Stanley <br />and I made most of the break in the clouds to get in a steady state 2 <br />hr ride just before the rain came down again. The good news the cold <br />front should blow through tonight and we should have clear sunny clear <br />skies with a high of 71 tomorrow, instead of a wet 51 we had today. <br />Good weather on order in time for my first century ride of year. I&#8217;ll <br />provide update on the ride in tomorrows post.

Those of you that are planning for the spring bike racing season you don’t want to waste much more time in planning your upcoming season to refine your training focus for those events. The same holds true for triathletes who plan to do a late spring 70.3 or early summer Ironman. You can begin planning your 2010 season by logging in to your account under the your <strong style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><em style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">Training</em></strong> tab under the <strong style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><em style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">Workouts</em></strong> drop menu select<strong style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><em style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">Annual Training Plan. </em></strong>Then click on <strong style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;"><em style="padding: 0px; margin: 0px;">New Plan </em></strong>to create a new annual training plan for 2010 season to log your races.</p>
